If we are made in God’s image then what power does our word have and how careful might we be if we truly understood the gravity. At first inception, I contemplate the harm and deception. I wish for an undo, undo, undo, Ctrl + Z, undo all the way back to the womb where it is safe – me from the world and the world from me. Then! I realize the infinite good possibilities of what God can do with human words only limited by the imagination. Many sweet connections I have had by the power of beautiful words. Deeper roots grown by disagreements and shared work done, and yet to be done, to rise above and move beyond the hurt. The truth places the blame squarely on the shoulders of the master deceiver. Words spoken and words withheld propel the accomplishment of that which is possible and impossible. The most powerful word ever to exist. The word the devil works hardest to distort. God is LOVE! I know this word can UNDO!

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus and by the power of your Holy Spirit. I bind the devil and his deceptive words. I invite you in via your Holy Spirit and I ask that you reside in me. Start with me God, start with my words to and about myself. That is were the deterioration begins and the insult to you and your beautiful creation must end. My outside is a reflection of my inside and I cringe and hurt when it is not of you. Let me know you God. Search my heart and know me.
