The L.I.F.E. Story

L.I.F.E. is short for Live Intentional For Eternity, LLC.

L.I.F.E. Health sprung out of a desire to help heal the pain and suffering in the world. Kara Moon was a Controls Engineer before going to school for massage therapy at Greenville Technical College and then Optimal Health School of Bodywork Integration. She decided to make the career change after experiencing the death of her father and journeying through the aftermath of that trauma with family and friends. She grew to have a deeper understanding and compassion for what it is to experience trauma in general and a passion for being present for others in their journey. She saw some dark days, and re-evaluated her purpose, identity, and calling. Kara began to experience and subsequently became passionate about healing from plant based eating and other natural health modalities. She saw that, for her, the corporate lifestyle made it more difficult to practice the 8 laws of health and wasn’t helping her mental health. In search of God’s calling on her life, she quit her engineering job and started massage therapy school. Live Intentional For Eternity, LLC doing business as L.I.F.E. Health began operating in February of 2021. Kara received specialized training in Structural Balancing at OHSBI and has been blessed with having helped many clients experience relief from pain. Kara and L.I.F.E. Health were dedicated to The Creator on April, 16 2022 by way of anointing, facilitated by Teri Fivash and her Spiritual Toolbox Class. Kara and the business are His and she intends to operate as His employee to the best of her ability.

Kara comes to you from her home in Pickens, SC where she lives with her fur babies Honey (dog) and Baker (horse pictured above). Her passion is to facilitate healing from chronic pain, stress, soft tissue restrictions, as well as trauma stored in the body. She has an office in Pickens. She provides clinical and therapeutic massage & bodywork services for most walks of life and all services are customized to you the client.
